Voting Question: Bradenton FL. We have a new neighbor with a cat not neutered. Where can it be fixed for free or low price?

They are in their early 20's with a 2 mo old baby and do not have the funds to take care of this problem. I told them I would try to find out the answer. We also have quite a few wild cats around that should be fixed. Does anyone know what to do?... read more
